From the Deputy Council Commissioner for Recognition

Scouts Canada is a volunteer-led organization, and we depend on volunteers to lead our great programs. Volunteers are motivated by the pleasure that they, themselves get from running a good quality program. Let's recognize them for their good work. It's simple and easy!
